Culture and Adventure Mega Combo

Start your adventure by climbing to the treetops to observe the surrounding forest from a new perspective. The ziplining tour features 10 suspended cables and begins with an energizing hike through the primary forest to the first platform. Once the treetop adventure concludes, get ready to enjoy the 400-meter mountain water slide, the longest of its kind in the tropical dry forest—perfect for cooling down after all that adrenaline.

Next, savour a true Guanacaste lunch, where the ingredients come straight from the farm to your plate. Following this delightful meal, immerse yourself in the diversity of flora and fauna during the horseback riding tour. Finally, unwind in the jungle hot springs, indulging in the natural wonders of the tropical dry forest. Experience nature, adrenaline, relaxation, and wellness in one unforgettable journey.

Golf at Reserva Conchal Golf Course

The Reserva Conchal Golf Course, located in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, is an 18-hole, par-71 championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Set within the Reserva Conchal resort, it boasts stunning Pacific Ocean views, lush tropical vegetation, and abundant wildlife.

The course features rolling fairways, well-manicured greens, and strategic bunkers, providing a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all levels. Integrated into the natural landscape, it includes significant elevation changes and preserved natural hazards.

Facilities include a modern clubhouse, dining options, a pro shop, and practice areas. Overall, the Reserva Conchal Golf Course is celebrated for its world-class design, scenic beauty, and top-notch amenities, making it one of the most sought-after golfing experiences in Costa Rica and beyond.

Dress code: No jeans, formal pants, shorts and collar shirt are required. Running shoes are permitted.

Rentals: Club and shoe rentals will be arranged according to the registration requests received. Availability will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Customs

When departing Canada and travelling to Costa Rica, you will clear customs upon arrival in Costa Rica. If your flight includes travel via the United States, you will clear U.S. Customs at the airport before you depart Canada.

When travelling home, you will clear customs at your first point of entry into Canada. You must declare all goods acquired abroad or bought at duty-free stores, whether they are for yourself or gifts. Keep your original receipts for possible inspection.

If you have been away from Canada for 48 hours to seven days, you can bring back goods (including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) worth up to $800.00 CAD without paying duties.

Entry Requirements

Canadian citizens must have a Canadian passport valid for six months beyond the date of their return to Canada. If you are not travelling as a Canadian citizen, please ensure you have the proper documentation. International Customs and Immigration have become very rigid in their entrance requirements. Anyone with major or minor criminal offences should check with Immigration, as you may be denied entry upon check-in at the airport.

Flight Information

In partnership with Sexton Group Ltd, Cascadia Motivation can provide the best possible options at economical prices for group travel dates. If you choose to deviate from the group dates, either before or after the conference, you will assume payment responsibility for any fees or increases in airfare above the allotment amount.

Air Restrictions
Airline tickets are issued at a 100% non-refundable fare. Cascadia Motivation will issue your airline tickets following confirmation of the airline itinerary. Any changes following ticketing will be dependent upon availability and subject to change fees and/or an increase in airfare, for which you will be responsible. This is standard airline policy.

Extension

For extensions, please advise dates of travel and if you will be staying extra nights at the Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa or if you are making your own resort reservations at another property. Transfers are provided on group travel days only between the airport and the Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa. Cascadia Motivation will assist with additional resort reservations only at the Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa(please contact your Travel Operations Manager, Dany Caicco).

It not only covers you for medical expenses and luggage theft or loss, it also covers the worst-case scenario such as an accident and an emergency flight home. Insurance coverage is your responsibility and you will not hold Cascadia Motivation or Sexton Group Ltd, its affiliates, managers or employees liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from cancellation of trip, accident or illness.
